I had it emissions tested and it still failed after i changed plugs, which where bad(build of of ash/grey stuff on the side) cap rotor, wires,ect..even the EVP was change it only lowered it to 270 H.C. at Idle from the prev. 272 Need Help other wise I may part the car but it is in pretty good condition...
