This is a question I am pretty sure you can answer Gary. What was the last year for the big Merc 4 door and 2 door hardtop wagons? Any pics? They ran from the 1957 to the 1960 production runs. MERCURY was returned to FORD in 1960 (The demise of the MEL Division) and independent styling was for the most part not tolerated any longer. ------------------ I am looking for information concerning factory performance/aftermarket speed parts (1958/1960) used on the MEL (Mercury-Edsel-Lincoln) (Also Thunderbird 59/60) Engine Series (383-410-430-462) produced from 1958 thru 1968. Also older FORD Special Service Tools -MEL Engine Forum-
