Dyno's Comet started off with standard wheelbase and two carbs, as the class and competition progresed thru the season the car sported Webers then stack injection, the wheelbase changed, tube axle, etc. Dyno got a flip top Funny Car for 66, Pete Gates ran Dyno's "old" 65 car. The car still existed in the same sort of form it ran in 1966 when i saw it at Columbus in 86.
