Will I encounter the same problems when putting the 460 in the 66?

Nope! Use small-block frame brackets and 1970/1971 Torino 429 upper brackets and motor mounts. The motor mount is the same as '67-'70 Mustang 390/428. All pieces are avalable from crites.

The Fairlane/Torino/Montego/Comet/Cyclon engine compartment from 1966-1969 is the same. The 1970/1970 Fairlane/Torino.Montego.Comet/Cyclone is wider and the difference is made up in the lower motor mount brackets.
