Car is definitely a GT with 429 emblems on lower fenders and it is a automatic. Need to know what rear to look for and what engine block or head codes to check it is not quite a basket case but it has a 429 in it. It needs D/S floor pan small patches in lower rockers and a small patch on LR quarter. Car can be had very cheap it does not run and the motor is locked up. Anyone interested can contact me via email. I am posting this for a friend of mine that did the body and paint on my fastback.------------------ 67 Mustang F/B 302 GT-40X FMS engine RPM Air Gap 650 BG CLAW Edelbrock 100 shot N2O Crane 1.7 rollers ceramic coated headers T5, cable clutch Flows X Pipe 3.89 9". 3 different 429's in 1970 Tommy. TJ, CJ, and SCJ TJ had Autolite 4300 carb CJ had GM Quadrabog SCJ had 4150 square bore Holley, solid lifters and 4 bolt mains. Dead give away is oil cooler on core support and lines from oil filter. SCJ is rare in GT.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,'04 &'05 First SS/MA in the TENS! TJ = Thunder Jet T-bird motor. D2 heads are obviously not the originals. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,'04 &'05 First SS/MA in the TENS! D2's are low compression 72 heads correct? I have to look at the rear on this car as it may have a decent gear in it even though it has A/C. Car also has hideaway lights. If someone needs a parts car this still has some decent items left on it.------------------ 67 Mustang F/B 302 GT-40X FMS engine RPM Air Gap 650 BG CLAW Edelbrock 100 shot N2O Crane 1.7 rollers ceramic coated headers T5, cable clutch Flows X Pipe 3.89 9".
