This was supposed to be an answer to 63 fairlane not its own topic. sorry & you;re right Steve, i wasn;t thinking, monte bar goes across engine bay. Point being i did notice a difference in cornering with a monte bar, to me,if you;re putting power down, sub-frame connectors should be first on the list of suspension upgrades.

Where is the best place to get sub frame connectors for a '68 Fairlane?B-loose

go to woodys fairlane gt site for info on making your own sub-frame connectors, i've only ever seen them made for the 66-67 F'lane & they looked pretty light duty, Crities restorations
