An export brace runs from shck tower to shock tower, across the engine bay, not to be confused with the 2 braces that run from towers to firewall.
Add Quickor front & rear sway bars & you won;t believe the difference in cornering.
But, for straight line stuff you won;t see any difference, but, sub frame connectors will help your straight line stuff, if you;re putting any power to the pavement.

Not quite. The bar that runs from shock tower to shock tower is called a Monte Carlo bar. An export brace runs from shock tower to cowl then to the other shock tower. This single V shape stamping replaced the two individual shock tower braces used on standard unibody Fords sold in the states.
