Hey Bloose...check out this thread. I've been trying to find some that actually fit for some time now. This guy (Tore) has made them before for 70/71's. I'm fairly positive they are the same as 68/69's. We should have some pictures posted soon. http://www.network54.com/Forum/thread?forumid=198944&messageid=1100048116------------------ 69 Torino GT Hardtop 420" Windsor [This message has been edited by torino420 (edited 11-12-2004).]

The ones you probably have seen are from Crites and Dearborn. Crites makes them for Dearborn and they do NOT fit. They only fit 66/67's. Crites assumed the front subframe on 68/69's were the same and they are not. They have an extra subframe under the front which is in the way of the connectors. They but up against the tranny crossmember arm. I bought a set from Crites and called him on it asking him how they would fit, he checked a 68 he had and was suprised to see that they are different from 66/67's. I then ordered a set from Dearborn and no suprise, same exact connectors. If you notice on Crites website now, it states 66-67 no 66-69.------------------ 69 Torino GT Hardtop 420" Windsor

Yep, I was prowling around and Dearborns is where I saw them. Thanks for letting me know about the fitment problem! I guess I'll have to make my own. I was hoping I wouldn't have to resort to that though.B-loose

Well, once i get mine, I'll post some pics and you can decide wether or not you want to order from this guy. I'll probably take it down to the guy who welded my exhaust together and have him weld em up. I may not get them until next week.

More picks please!!! Those look pretty straight forward. Did you have to cut into the rear floor? I'd like to avoid that sort of thing if possible. Thanks, B-loose

No...you dont have to cut into the floor, they weld to the underside of the rear subframe. This pic should give you a better idea.
