Did the Ford Torinos come with 351 clevelands, and also were they Australian Heads on those cars...thanx

the 351C was available in the 70-73 Torino`s, in either 2 or 4 barrel configurations (I believe Tex Miller won an NHRA Stock world championship with his 351C 72 Torino some time back, before switching to a 71-3 Mustang). However, I doubt that any "Austrailian" heads would have been installed on these cars.

The Australian heads were all made and installed in Australian Fords. Ford of Australia made 302C and 351C engines for many years. The ones in the US today have all been imported one way or other.

Don't forget '74 too. In '75 Ford switched to 351M engines in the Torinos.

The numbers on the head are... 3J25 and on another place on the heads its D3ZE
