hi, my friend has a 62 fairlane and were curious to know how to swap the drums for discs on the front, can i use granada parts for this like i can on a mustang, falcon, ect? all help is greatly apreaceated

2 78 mustang II's one t-top and one coupe
87 t-bird 5.0L (for sale cheap!)
89 mustang lx 5.0
90 bronco II
