I have a wild hair to try to find a '66-'67 Fairlane or Comet hardtop with a good body/interior and a dead engine or transmission for cheap, and stuff my 351w and trans in it.Just a Hot-Rod to drive around... cheap, fun and fast. ------------------

Sounds like a plan.I still kick myself for passing over a local racer's {Dale Pearson, if anyone knows him} '66 Fairlane race car for $5500. Fresh white paint, and complete except for engine and transmission.  ------------------
