Bloose Journeyman Posts: 67 From: Milwaukee, WI Registered: Dec 2001	posted 04-07-2002 10:32 PM I went at my headers with a Porta Band, a hack saw (told ya I hacked them), and a TIG welder this weekend. I cut a wedge in the collector until it was nearly through, then pivoted it in and welded them up. The first one turned out great. The second was going good but I cut the wedge on the wrong side and it pivoted the wrong way. I then had to weld pieces back in. My friend with the tig welder was calling the second header "Franken Header". It really turned out pretty good considering. I will post some pics when I get my digital camera back from my wife.
