With sadness we must announce that due to TomP's hectic work schedule, he has asked to step down as moderator of the Mid Size Forum. He will still be posting, of course, but he feels that he can't devote the time to the forum that he would like. Thanks, Tom, for all the help you've given members in your tenure.

With pride, though, we announce the appointment of Mike {MLariviere} as moderator. Yes, nepotism runs rampant here at M&M!

Mike has waited a long time to run this forum, in fact, I think when we first created the forum he was a little heartbroken that I didn't make him moderator then. Good things come to those who wait!

Congrads, Mike!

Steve

What if i reconsider? LOL
congrats Mike.

I have been thru some troubling stuff here and have a bunch of work to finish also. But the main deal is this. I just turned into somebody else today. No longer the easygoing guy i was, it's gonna be hard for me to not call a spade a spade anymore. I have been swindled and cheated and lied to enough and even well-meaning people have let me down big time, maybe not on purpose.

Anyways, what this boils down to is :

If someone asks a lame question, i will sense if we are talking a 16 year newcomer with his first car, or somebody that ought to know stuff. If it's the latter, expect snide remarks from now on, and i don't like to do that.

I had a really enlightening day today. I discovered there are good people left on earth, even at the wrecking yards (CeeGees) ,and there are stupid idiots too, Volco tire hired one, not sure why they let nitwits like that work in a business they don't know the first thing about... and true to my new outlook, i called him an idiot to his face, and asked how the heck he got hired there.

I found pulling scams on people is a standard part of modern life now. an ad in the paper lists an unfinished building as the place to see the New Mini "now" (cool car...in pictures )

Anyways, enough ramble. I will check in, and be of any assistance i can.

Tom

That's the only snow it's seen. He backed it out just to take pictures of his new Magnums.

Tom, thanks for all the help! Of course you can still help even if you're not the moderator. I will also miss your car's pix on top.
