A friend told me about a 70 mav for sale $150.
6cyl. unknown if auto/manual

If I look at it, what should I look for?
Believe it's a 2 dr.
What would I need for a 302 swap?
Wheel sizes?
What size axle?

Check for rot in the torque boxes and in the front frame rails just under the battery box and window wash bottle. Next check the floor pans. If the interior is black that would be a great start. As for the motor swap you will need a Motor, tranny, engine mounts, tranny mount, frame cross member and many other little things. If you buy it we can talk!

yeah... what jim said. but along the same lines... if it is registered and driving legally... buy it anyhow. 150 bucks for a driver ain't bad at all... if it turns out to be a POS part it out for fun and profit!!!!!!!!

He said it was running when it was parked. It needs a gas tank.

It is a 6/auto, 2 dr. He said the body is in good shape. I'll let you know if I get it. Wife may have a cow if I do. Already paying insurance on 4 cars and have 2 parts cars in yard. All FORDS!!!!lol
