I have converted my 71 maverick to manual disc brakes. Is there a power booster that will mount to my master cylinder's mounting holes in the firewall. The power boosters I have found is a 4 studded booster. Is there a 2 hole booster out there or will I have to change the structure under the dash?

mavman i am not sure about a power booster fitting in your car. i will say this....if you didn't get a new master cyl yet, do it. make sure you ask for a MANUAL disc brake master cyl. they are different than power brake masters as well as drum master cyls. we did the swap on both our mavericks and stayed with manual brakes. all things done right, you will find you can put yourself through the windshield without a whole lot of pedal pressure. also, trying to find a booster is a hassle as well as the different support that goes from the firewall to the top of the shock tower. best of luck.------------------ scott todds' dad MCCI nj state rep 1972 4door-250 c4 1970 302,c4, firehawks+ansens.
