Working on a '64 Ranchero, 200 6 cyl. Converting to P/S, got a P/S setup out a V8 car, but now have questions about the box. I have a '65 Mustang GT manual box (16:1 ratio), which is same ratio as a P/S box. Can I use this quick ratio manual box with the P/S? Or will there be other problems with that?

It moves the steering wheel a couple inches closer to you and you'd need the longer Mustang outer column to cover it.
