I am running a 84 Capri with a 2.3L.I race on a 3rd mile oval high bank in Maine and I was told 411's would work better than the 383's I have in.Also need to find a 4 speed.
The other fords are running away from me.

My suggestion would be go right to the source! Ask the people your racing with what and where to get what you need. The 4:11's will get you out of the corners faster and up to speed much quicker!
