Were these an option? I found one this weekend. It is a Ford part. Can any one shed any light on it?

It was a dealer option as far as I know? From what I have been told you could only buy it from the dealer it did not come as an option. Maverick had the same type of cap available.

I would guess there are not that many of them? Do you know what year its for? Is there a part # on it? So Maverick caps sell for 100 + Don't ask me why I would never pay it!!
