Why are there so few quality pics of Mavs/ Late model Comets on the net? They're such cool cars!

Are those Explorer/Ranger wheels?

Wow,
When I posted that pic I didn't even consider that it could be owned by a user here. Yes, sweet ride. Is the scoop and hood tach? factory?

user yes, but when I saw the pic, I registered.

the scoop is factory, yes. the hood tach was not for that car, but Ive seen it on some nice cars, like the Shelby Maverick and Pontiacs. I liked it, so it went on. (JcWhitney at its finest).

Thanks!

Oh, and your website has been a great help! I plan on doing some work to Comet, and your tech articles are awesome.

Questions are meant to be asked. Ill do my best to help. And thanks for the compliments, its nice to get recognized!

One of the plans for the Comet is a huffed 331 EFI... I dont have much experience in aftermarket 5.0L stuff, so Im sure my questions will be flying!
