When I was a kid my Dad had a 67 with a 289 4 speed and a 8" posi I'm not sure of the gears were ? He would let me drive it when I was learning to drive I was about 14 at the time. Man that car had a lot of rip! When He or my mother would go in a store I would ask them to leave the keys so I could use the radio but as soon as they were in the store I would fire it up and go out in back of the store and do some burnouts!!  Can you imagine what would have happened if I ever got caught !!
