I found a 63 Falcon (sport coupe or futura) with bucket seats, 6 banger, body great sitting behind a vacant home just north of Toronto. No one lives in the house, now, do i try & trace the owner or tow it away before it goes to a wrecker. Anyone interested let me know & i'll give you directions

I'm not sure of the details and it probably works differently in the great white north but in the US, a county sherrif can declare a vehicle abandoned and issue a new title. You might check into this procedure.

Or the town hall can give you the owner of the land on record.

I would hate to be arrested while trying to tow an old car without permission. (: I would contact the owner of record for the land and ask for permission.

that sounds like a sweet car. Id find out the land owner thru city hall, or ask neighbours about the previuos owners/renters. Maybe its been there for years, and the neighbours want it gone. Talk to them first and see what they say Then get a tow truck number handy.
