Bout time, eh? Anyway, it took Ford awhile to get me the shifter housing, but it finally came, so I finally put in my B&M shifter today I couldn't be happyer with it! Shifts great, but is a bit reminicent of a mazda miata''s tiny TINY shifter. But hey, beats the old one by a mile Anyway, next question is, if the Contour uses the same B&M shifter, do they also use the same MTX-75 tranny? I blew the blocker ring off 3rd awhile back, and have been living with it, the short throw of the new shifter almost takes the problem away, but it will still grind if you don't let it mesh. So, next on my project list is that, a new tranny. Any info on this would be great, around here, there's a better chance of finding a contour in the junk pile then a focus, so it would be nice if they're the same tranny, if not, oh well, I keep huntin Anyway, off for a bit of a drive now
