I want to put an Electronic distributor in my Stock '73 Mav 302. What year car can I pull a distributor out of? What kind of coil can I use? Can I use a stock coil? Will it clear the a/c and air cleaner?------------------ Life revolves around Fast Fords, Good Beer, Loud Music, and Sexy Woman

Nice sig Any 302 Duraspark distributor will work. I believe they are 1977 and up. You'll need a Duraspark Module and the distributor. Stocl coil can be used. I'm not sure about the dist clearing the factory air cleaner, although I would think it would since the Maverick air cleaner is small in diameter. The AC is a good question, You'll have to do a little measuring. Check out my tech links for a Duraspark FAQ http://www.maverickgrabber.com/techlinks.html ------------------ -Charlie Ping 1970 Maverick Grabber [email protected] with AC and overdrive. http://www.maverickgrabber.com
