Topic: Looking for a Carlite Windshield

I have cracked my windsheild on my Maverick. I want a Ford Carlite replacement, but the 1970-71 glass hs been discontinued forever. The 72-77 glass (just thicker) would work but has been discontinued since April 2001.
I do NOT want PPG or any other aftermarket windsheild. Where can I find a Carlite? Anyone work at a glass shop or know of an online locator? I already did a Ford dealer locator and came up empty, but surely the glass shops and glass warehouses might have a few kicking around. Ford part # D2DZ-6203100-B

Thanks for the link Steve, but they take aftermarket glass, polish off the old logo and etch the Carlite logo on. Not exactly what I am looking for, because I am concerned abou glass quality. ------------------

Have you had bad experiences with aftermarket glass, or do you just want to keep it original?------------------

I've seen PPG and LOF windsheilds be wavy, and the tint (factory tint) in them is not very clear or consistent usually either. ------------------
