Just finished the install. It was a complete pain in the butt though, a lot of issues I wasn't expecting but of course I didn't buy any kind of install kit. Pictures soon. ------------------ -Charlie Ping 1970 Maverick Grabber [email protected] Daily Driver http://www.maverickgrabber.com

I don't know why most sites/mag articles knock the 94-95 trannies because they are only an inch longer. It let me run a Fox body aluminum driveshaft instead of having to have a custom one made. It put my shifter in a better location. And my tranny is the strongest production T5 ever. Since its not a Mustang , I had to custom fab everything anyway. I haven't driven it much because I still have clutch linkage issues which I should fix tonight. Many long nights in the shop

you know why they pick on them, think about it... its a nonstandard part in Mustangs, its not a direct bolt in to the previous years... different bellhousing lenghth, right? this T5 has the 2.94 first and .5ish OD, right?

Yeah, longer bellhousing. But it has a 3.34 1st and a .68 OD.
