My gas gauge works fine until I leave the car engine running when I fill it. The gauge doesn't move til I turn the engine off. Remember that it is cold here and it worked fine until it got to about freezing. Do they still work like my older fords have? Thanks------------------

I think there is a service bulletin out on that problem. You might want to check with your Ford service manager. If you do go for that fix, go there with 1/8 of gas or so, cause I'm pretty sure they have to drop the tank and replace the float or whatever it is...------------------
