what size tires and wheels can I get away with on a 65 ranchero. I don't need every last little bit of size but "comfortable" will do nicely since I'm gonna replace the whole mess I have no left over pieces to work around. Jay

69 sportsroof scattered all over the place!!351-c top loader 4 point 9" mII Ifs etc...

65 Mustang sizes should be similar, and of course 64-65 Falcon will be identical. Any takers?

if you run a 14" wheel use a 205/70r-14. this will give you a good footprint and will keep the same diameter as a stock 6.95-14.
if you use a 15" wheel a 205/65r-15 will do the same.
