I have a 92 mercury cougar that I am in the process of remodeling. My inside door panels are shot to hell and I was wondering if anybody knew if I could put 93 or better model door panels on and if they would fit. the button layout as far as the windows and mirror are different but I can handle the rewiring part. Please help!!!!!!!

Welcome to M&M KaeJR!I used to have a 1989 Cougar. I know the door panels you are speaking of. I thought about making this mod myself on mine, but I'm not sure if the new door panels will line up with the dash. If I remember right, when Mercury redid the interior, the dash flowed into the door panels. The newer panels may interfer with the old dash. ------------------
