Working at the Lincoln Mercury Dealer since 1969 I had never seen one. I went to the FPCA Expo in Columbus Oh. in 1990 and one was there. That's the only one I've ever seen. Yes, I do. Great cars. Intake on the 427 GTE is C7AE 2425-F aluminum 4V. This intake was also used on 1967 427 W code Fairlanes and Comets as well as 428 Police engines during 1967 - 68. Carburetor for the 427GTE is C8AF 9510-AD. There was a service replacement made after the end of production it is C8AF 9510-ADA. These carbs are 600CFM Holley 4V vacuum secondary center float pivot carbs. ------------------ 1968 Cougar GTE 427 Augusta Green 1968 Cougar GTE 427 Medium Blue Metallic 1968 1/2 Cougar XR-7 428CJ Ram Air Cardinal Red
