Try taking them out,or at least the covers off,and give them a juicin' of WD-40 or other penetrating oil. I had to do this on my Torino.Try working them while spraying the mechanisms. Beware,if you decide to take it apart,there is a recoil spring in there. It WILL fly out at you if you don't take care in dissassembly!
