Buddy at work has a 95, V-6, 5pd, says its really, really hard to get it into first, and hard, but not as hard, to get it into the rest of the gears.

Also says it is not revving without moving the tires, ie, the clutch is not slipping.

Is it just the clutch adjustment, needs a new clutch, or something internal to the tranny.

80,000+ miles and he's still on the original clutch.
