The headlights on my 03 Mach 1 are peeling. Its started on the rear portion where the turn signals are but the peeling is slowly moving forward. Looks kind of like there was a clear coat put on them and it is bubbling/peeling off.

Very annoying. Does anybody know if this is covered under warranty to be replaced?

This issue has come up frequently on the Mach1Registry. It is being covered by warranty. So far, mine are ok, but my Mach 1 is garage kept, which probably helps.

Cool, I'll have to get mine into the dealership to get them replaced then.

Mine is not garage kept so that is probably an issue.

My shaker is also fading, which should not suprise me, but disappointing.

The fix for the shaker is Mothers Back to Black. Wash the shaker, dry it off and then put the BtB on and with a toothbrush, and work it in a bit. I did mine a while back and it looks brand spankin' new.
