I have a 95 5.0 but it has a freaking automatic in it it was so cheap so I snagged it my question is:Can I drop the auto tranny and put a 5 speed in it. If yes what needs to be done ie parts bought

Yes, you can. It's a big job, but I did it in my old '93. Here's the best article I ever found on what has to be done:
