So last night somebody tried to pry something between the weatherstripping and glass on my passenger side window. In the process they scratched the window tint, put a nice chip in the edge of the window glass, cracked the fiberglass sail panel, and punched a couple holes in the weatherstrip. My questions: How hard is it to replace the fiberglass sail panel? How hard is it to replace the weatherstrip, might just leave it if it's too hard. The chip on the glass will have to wait while I search for a piece of used glass, and retint the windows.

The sill panel isn't that hard to replace, if you are talking about the front part. If you mean the rear, it is a bit harder to replace as you have to take the front off first. All you do is pull the weather stripping down and the screws are underneath that to release it if I remember correctly. If you have to do the rear piece, you will have to take the interior trim around the back out as well to access the screws holding it in place.

Yeah, unfortuantly it is the rear panel that is busted, the front got a couple small nicks, but nothing bad. But the rear one did get a nice 6 inch crack. Hopefully I can find one cheap.
