That Haynes manual is INCORRECT. For some reason, I believe the '94-'95 supercoupe T-birds weren't OBDII. Maybe that's where Haynes was getting that info.I went onto FMCDealer.com and accessed the 1995 PC/ED and copied the following for you:
Data Link Connector
The DLC is located in the passenger compartment. It is attached to the instrument panel and accessible from the driver's seat.
The DLC is rectangular in design and capable of accommodating up to 16 terminals. The connector has keying features to allow easy connection.
If he opens the driver door, gets on his knees and looks sort of underneath the dash towards the center console area, he'll see the OBDII DLC.
