Well, as I'm sure you know, there are alot of variables to that question, but I'd say depending on the driver skill in a stocker, anywhere from 14.8 - 15.2 seconds.

My wife and I bought a `95 Boss mustang in `97. It was completly stock with 25k on it.The Boss package is put on a stock GT. The exhaust exits in front of the rear wheels (very restictive design) and it had 275/40 Goodyears on the rear. It is a 5-speed though. I did change the oil to synthetic.I took it to the Drag strip the first chance I got. I ran 15.15 - 15.05 all day at 900 feet elevation. In the third round I was in a close race with a chevelle and went 14.996 on a 15.15 dial. I didn't even care that I lost...it went 14's! That's just my first hand experience on how fast a stock one is.
