Should be safe if limited to 8#s, with a good tune. Many will tell you this, but its all in the tune, take it to a good shop and it will be all good.

If tuned right, it should make 400rwhp.

Predicting horsepower outcome on a blown engine is very hard to do. There are so many variables, from the amount of boost run, whether or not it is intercooled, the mods on the car at the time, and the aggressiveness of the tune that it is almost impossible to predict the horsepower outcome.

When I said 400rwhp, its what it should at least make, especially with those mods. It is very posible it could make significantly more power, but I'd say its a given with 8#s of boost. And I stress not to go over 8#s with the stock internals. 6-8#s is about all I would run on them. Usually you hear when cars start upping the boost to 10#s, it holds up for a while, makes great power, then boom. Start at 6#s, see if your happy with the power, then step it up a little from there.
