I've been having a problem with my '96 GT's fog lights burning out because water splashes up on them from the front tires. Is there a fix to this? Do the globes on the '99s fit my model year, they seem to be much brighter?

They will not fit the front Bumper cover..... Fix for ya.. Take out the fog light assemblies and clean them good. Take a SMALL bead of Ultra Copper, or whatever gasket sealant you like, and run it between the lense and the body. Let it dry, now check the gasket on the wirring harness. make sure it is good and clean, not hard. Put it back in if it is good and replace the assembly. Thanks, I'll give it a try. I'll probably have to end up getting new light housings, too, because I think there might be some small cracks in them and the silver reflector on the inside is yellowed. I'll do the sealant on the new ones!

I've had the same problem with the driver's side fog light on my 02. I'm on the third bulb on that side.
