I'm in need of new lug nuts for my car. I've got the Bullitt rims on it, as you can see, and almost 2 years ago when I got the wheels, I just bought a set of $20 lug nuts and locks from Pep Boys. Well, seems my skimping is starting to show...the lug nuts are not looking good anymore; starting to rust and just look nasty.Does Ford sell lug nuts and locks? Maybe if I get OEM stuff, it'll last a helluva lot longer. Nice wheels deserve nice lug nuts. ------------------ Frank S.----MCA Member 40390 '99 Mustang coupe '77 Ghia--"II Good" '76 Cobra--project

Ford may sell them, but I'd also recommend McGard lug nuts. They've held up incredibly well for me.------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com

Any place that sells wheels should have them. Summit has them: http://store.summitracing.com/------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com

Try www.fiveomotorsport.com I just got a set of McGard locking lug nuts for cheaper than anyone else had them, including the shipping charge ($13.88, plus $5.00 shipping, $18.88 total). They also have a set of chrome lug nuts reasonably priced. My tire dealer says McGard are the best out there, but no locking lug nuts hold up against an impact wrench over time, so you need to pay attention and replace them before the key (or lug nuts) get stripped enough that you cant get them off.------------------ Joe C. 2000 V6 Convertible

When I put a new set of Cragars on my truck, I dragged out a set of McGard lug nuts I had on my Sprint in the late '70s out from under my bench. My brother thought I was crazy. After a good cleaning, you couldn't tell them apart from a new set of four I had bought to replace the locks. That's good hardware!------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com

Seems the ones that Ford's got are also made by McGard. I finally ordered a set of lugs and locks from them, and on the lock set, it shows McGard's info. Good stuff.------------------ Frank S.----MCA Member 40390 '99 Mustang coupe '77 Ghia--"II Good" '76 Cobra--project
