I have a 1996 Mustang GT, with intake, cat back exhaust, and posi rear end.

Now I'm looking for:
-Performance Headers
-Performace Throttle Body

What are some good brands/links for Headers/Throttle Bodies?

Thanx,
DeathBeast - 1996 Mustang GT

*Also does anyone know of a good Staged Performance Guide page for Mustangs?

Edelbrock always makes high quality products.
Scott Hyland Motorsports is the most knowledgable shop that I know of for 4.6 performance mods. They pretty much pioneered most of the aftermarket 4.6 performacne parts. I'm pretty sure that they have a website.

If you're not supercharged the throttle body would be a waste of money. Any larger kills velocity. If you must get one, the FMS is the only quality piece out there.

The shorties will give a few horsepower and are fairly easy to install. The long-tubes give great power on the high end but kill the low end, at least my MAC long tubes did. The screamed above 4000 but were much weaker in the 2-4K range. I switched back to FMS shorties and they help the low-mid range but not much help up top, of course that's why I got the Vortech. The long tubes are an absolute nightmare to install. It took me almost 2 full days with the engine mounts disconnected and the engine jacked up as far as I could get it.

The only headers available for the 4.6 2V that I know of are:
FMS Shorties
JBA Shorties
BBK Long Tubes
MAC Long Tubes
Hooker Long Tubes
