LuAnn and I are considering putting this kit on her 96 Cobra. She wants to differentiate her car from the other black Cobras in the area, we saw one with the kit and she really liked the looks of it. Her big concern is losing the 2-chamber flowmaster sound she's got now. Does anybody have any first-hand knowledge of how the SVO kit sounds? Is it as throaty as Flowmaster? Who makes the kit for Ford? Is it Borla like some of their other stuff? Any knowledgable input would be appreciated.Dave

The Ford system is Borla. You can also get a Dynomax system from Classic Design Concepts.------------------ Boss 302 & Saleen S281

I've heard the SVO system on a couple of Cobras, and they sounded pretty damn good to me. The system is Borla, and they tend to have a real throaty rumble... not as raspy as the Flows though, from what I remember. Should sound great... especially at 6500 rpm!! ------------------ Cheers, Ian M&M Member #395 ------------------- '79 Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car Ian's Pace Car Website Vancouver Island Mustang Association Website Indy Pace Car Registry of Mustangs Official Website "If you get to thinking you are someone of some importance and influence, just try ordering another persons dog around." - Author Unknown
