Well, after checking out the website, it looks like it'll be one of those "come in and we'll fix it for ya" deals if your vehicle meets the criteria. This of course would occur only after the judge has ruled. According to the website, they are guessing it will be around August of this year before everything is set in stone.

I don't think it'll be a recall, but rather an extended warrantee kinda deal, with a free fix if ya want it.
