friend of a friend totaled his 99 cobra and the insurance company wants 3500.00 for the car...i haven't seen it but engine and trans are SUPPOSED to be ok (also know the car was driven HARD)that dohc would look cool all polished up and dropped in to the '69 Is it worth it Thanks Jay------------------ ALL THROTTLE NO BOTTLE ! 69 sportsroof(351) 65 Ranchero(200) 72 Ln 700 (361)

The bad news is that the mod motor won't fit. If you check the dimensions, you'll find it's even wider than a Boss 429. ------------------

Good point there Mr Steve. These things should carry a wide load sign on em. Although 3500 for that motor is still a steal.Mike

IIGOOD: someone already took the liberty of tweaking the II (rear ended by a 3/4 ton ford 4x4)it's scrap froom the doors back! Jay

That is a great price for the Cobra motor but don't you also need all the computer software to make it run correctly??
