I need a pair of the suppot rods that attach to rad support and to the engine crossmember. Anyone know what they are called. I bent both of them in an accident in my 82.------------------ 67 Mustang F/B 302 GT-40X FMS engine RPM Air Gap 650 Holley DP Crane 1.7 roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer Nitrous, Dynomax ceramic headers WCZ rated-T5, cable clutch MagnaFlow SS kit W/X Pipe 3.89 9". It sounds like you're talking about the cross braces for your convertible. It's part of the additional bracing added to the them. You will only find those on the Fox convertibles. The Fox bodies didn't start out as convertibles but were coupes with the roofs cut off by a third party*. The cross bracing and rocker stiffeners were added as part of the conversion.Anyway, the cross braces are only thin tube steel and you might be able to straighten them out or fabricate new ones if you can't find replacements. *American Specialty Cars (ASC) Southgate, Michigan ------------------ '73 Convertible, 351C 2V '91 LX Convertible 5.0 Member: Valley Forge Mustang Club "The best things in life are free, but the really kick-a** things cost a fortune." Would they be the same as on an 84 vert?------------------ 67 Mustang F/B 302 GT-40X FMS engine RPM Air Gap 650 Holley DP Crane 1.7 roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer Nitrous, Dynomax ceramic headers WCZ rated-T5, cable clutch MagnaFlow SS kit W/X Pipe 3.89 9". I think all the Fox's converted by ASC used pretty much the same parts. The cross braces would probably work. ------------------ '73 Convertible, 351C 2V '91 LX Convertible 5.0 Member: Valley Forge Mustang Club "The best things in life are free, but the really kick-a** things cost a fortune."
