Has anyone had a ring gear on their flywheel knocked back. i'm havning problems with mine,and i'm sure its not the starter. i just got a new ford racing starter to be sure. the flywheel had a new ring gear install at a shop bout 8 months ago.

are you sure the taper of the teeth on the ring are facing forward
