anyone know how to repair the seat back? when you sit in the seat the rightside seat back leans back. can this be repaired?

I read an artical in a mag not to long back that the reason it does that is the spot welds in the fram are broken take the seat apart fix spot welds and put back together.

would the broken spot welds be in the seat back or in the seat bottom?

i would think the spot welds in the back would cause it to lean, i read MM&FF and Car Craft so it would be in one of those.
