how do you get out the seatbelt bolts when the tork head gets striped out?

I would try going to Sears and getting one of their bolt removers that is large enough to work for that size head. Hopefully they will have something there that would do that. Hope that helps.

Sometimes(if you get lucky)an allen headed socket will fit in the centre and "grab" enough to get the bolt out,if at all possible try to heat the bolt up from the backside first.
