Did the relay fix for foglights cutting out on my 88 GT works great cost about 20-25 bucks plus about 2 hours depending how handy you are with electrical connections tap splices and butt connectors. Here are the links that I found that will work. It also gives you foglamps on with parking lights only and with high beams too.

i did that repair about two years ago. i got tired of the headlights flickering. i also did another neat little trick. i hooked up my outer marker lights into my center ones and made them blink as well.this was so the people could know when i was turning the corner.
