I have a friend wanting to do this. Is there a kit or do you have to piece it together?

E2 50 oz 157 tooth flywheel (if you use the small bell housing which I recomend)
A trans and converter.
Ranger neutral saftey switch SW-1745 makes everything work electrically.
A shifter (or my conversion shifter kit uses stock AOD unit)
Cut the crossmember mounting bushing tack welds, and slide the crossmember forward. Re-tack weld.
Hook up a cooler or use the factory unit.
Fox drive shaft works fine.
Done

Now he wants to know if he needs a kickdown cable for the semi auto (normal) shifting valvebodies?
