Anyone know of any common problems with the fuse for the horn/cigarette lighter fuse blowing when ever the horn button is depressed? I replaced the horn relay(at least I think I replaced the right one). I disconnected the horns and it still blew. I don't think the button on the wheel is the problem. The cruise control doesn't work, and I think that the horn may route through the cruise control box under the dash. I am not able to get the service manual new. Any suggestions?

Rob, I have had a similar problem with my horn for sometime. I finally just took the fuse out. I will probably have a spark chaser take a look at it next spring.
